  • The speed and promptness of doing investigations need to be improved.There should be a set time period within which justice should be provided and the necessary training should be provided to the advocates to be more efficient.
  • Also more centres need to be developed especially in rural areas and advocates need to work on ground level and better call services and attending skills are needed,since half of the time the lines don't work.And because of lack of accessibility victims avoid going to these centres.Services need to be flexible, varied and provided by well-trained people to address the variability in what survivors want and need.
