Firstly good dietary habits,follwing a diet plan would be the first priority as it will take a note on my weight and prevent risk of heart diseases and other complications.A visit to the nutritionist has helped with a diet plan to follow .The next would be a good exercise regime.very often we tend to take the car or easy way out,but walking is very essentail for all health problems,it enhances serotonin levels in the brain which improves our mood.Walikg one kilometre a day is recommended and taking stairs instead of using the lift.The last is following a good sleep pattern.sleep repairs our body and tissus.Lack of sleep leads to emotional disturbances and weight gain is also likely in people who do not get suffecient sleep.If all these are followed i would reward myself by retail shopping .
