Empowerment can be stated as a social process that helps people to gain control over their lives.It invloves the power in the society they live in and how they achieve their goals in a society .Many empowerment programs are being conducted especially for women as a sustainablity action.Empowerment is idea of power,and it has to be understood that power can change and empowerment is not concealable in anyway.Empowerment depends upon the specific people and context involved.It occurs with psychological and sociological dimensions.There is a strong interaction between an individual and a society in empowerment.
