By now you've read some of the information on work ethics and how to manage situations involving ethics at work. What are your feelings on this issue? Have you been faced with a difficult situation at work or at school? How did you handle it? When you think about ethical situations and a person's morals or ethics, what comes to mind? Maybe from your work and study experience you have some ideas to give me, some things you never really thought about before.

Work ethics is very important in the place where we work be it office,school or other places.Some situations we are not able to follow the ethics as we are driven more by emotional influnces that we do not follow the ethics.The dificult situation is where i work as a hiv/aids counsellor in a hospital.Though we are not allowed to disclose the status of the patient some times we are forced to disclose to protect the other person.If a patient is tested positive for hiv,we need to diclose it to the immediate family members to protect the patient as well as the people who live with him.
