A good clean language is very essential to understand the messgae.Use of metaphors and symbols are embedded in our conscious and able us to understand.People use metaphors to explain their inner experiences and feelings.Art therapy has proven very effective in expressing through symbols.Metaphor is not speech alone but body language,gestures,words.For children art therapy or symbolic representation is required to express their innate feelings and emotions.we use metaphors to describe a difficult experience or emotion,condense a large amount of information,narrating a traumatic event.
