Lesion to Broca’s area affects the speech and person with a damaged Broca’s area will find hard to form words and speak regularly.

Lesion to Wernicke’s area will affect one’s ability to comprehend language thus affecting language development.

Lesion to Ventral stream will cause difficulty in identifying and recognizing objects where as lesion to dorsal stream will make it difficult for a person to determine where the object is located in space.

Lesion to Hippocampus will prevent a person from forming new memories but it won’t affect the existing memory.
