Firstly we should have clear idea about intrinsic motivation. It is certain kind motivation that's come from internal reward.intrinsic drive genuinely when learner love to perfrom the activity.

Sense competence: Ofcourse there will be necessary sense of competence .Because intrincin motivation drive only for those people who have mastery on that field.They do not need any prize to perfrom that activity which he has passion, dedication.so competency is ultimate neccisity for developing intrinsic motivation.

sense of autonomy:they must be given freedom , autonomy for inculcate intrincis motivation.If they are confined with pressure, family setting goal , then they are unable to flourish himself, tthey are not able to that things which gives him enjoyment.they are not able to give best perfromance .so there must be autonomy to develop intrincis motivation.

1.Techer should create condusive classroom for flourish learner inner and inherent capabilities which helps to develop iintrincis motivation.

2.Teacher should organize the content in such manner that develop interstest and enjoy in participating learning.so there is no necessary any extrinsic motivation.Automatically they will learn through intrinsic motivation.

3.Teacher should setting a goal to the learner on the basia of their needs, capabilities, and interst and assist learner to achieve the goal .it helps intrinsic motivation among learner.
