Answer #1

Advance Directive is a kind of document where one gives power of attorney to someone when they become incapacitated or not able to do anything because of the severity of their illness. It is called in different names in different countries such as living will, personal directive, medical directive and advance decision. So, the diseased directs someone of the decisions and further treatment that should be carried out when they become incapacitated. In USA, it’s a legal document and in other countries, although it’s not a legal document, it could be a persuasive document. I haven’t done one because I’ve never been incapacitated.
