It also should suggests that people with the right combination or blend of these traits make good leaders.

Skills approach to leadership believes that leadership is a skill which could be learnt by anyone. IT says that leaders are not born but made or they themselves emerge as leaders. This leadership approach suggests that a combination of technical, relational, conceptual, decision making and interpersonal communication makes great leaders. It suggests that leadership qualities are continuously learnt and achieved.
