Diversity could be defined as the situation in which there would be a society consisting of different elements. This diversity may be in the form of different people in the society. There are various dimensions of diversity, which are recognised as age, religion, gender, ethnicity, se-xual orientation, clas, disability as well as nationality.

Conflict could be defined as the process in which there would be some sort of discord coming up or arising in a society and this would be coming as a result of differences in beliefs in different members within a group. Strategies for conflict management include:

• Accommodation
• Avoiding
• Collaboration
• Compromises
• Competition.
