If we have seen literally sense that they do not committed any crime because that was their urgent Nessary to save from rain and thunder .Even when the rain stopped and leave the garage then they distrub nothing in business. So there do not have any intention to crime just protect him self from rain.but practically they broke a window of garage which tend to loss the garage apartment .so it can be called committed minor crime but not subjected to any kind Serious crime.
