A group of friends spent the day at the beach. A drunken male staggered by the group and made a rude comment to one of the females in the group. Several males from the group were upset by this comment and confronted the drunken male. The drunken male then grabbed one of the men in the group, and they began fighting. The remainder of the group became even more upset and attacked the drunken male in defense of their friend. They beat him severely and left him unconscious on the beach. The drunken male suffered massive internal injuries, and eventually died as a result of this attack.

Based on this scenario, identify the crime that the males committed

Answer . The male members instead of ignoring and directly calling for legal help started fighting on their own . Due to their aggressive behaviour the drunk guy died on the spot . This whole scenario would have been different if the mal members would have called the poloce at the first incident only i.e. when the drunk guy started misbehaving . They could have given him a warning and if he still misbehaved they could have called the police . Taking in part in such situations result in negative consequences always . Hence one should control agression and think wiself and rationally.
