Explain Conner’s 4 Laws of Ecology and give at least 1 example?

Physicist and ecologist, Barry Commoner, formulated four laws of ecology. They are

1. Everything is connected to everything else. Example- All species and things in the earth are related and interdependent on each other.

2. Everything must go somewhere. Example- Water which evaporates forms clouds, which again comes down in the form of rain.

3.Nature knows best. Example-Nature is perfect in its own and self sufficient, anything artificial cannot replace it. Water is the best example.

4. There is no such thing as free lunch. Example- Colleagues spending on us. This would be to gain some small talks and spread rumours, and in turn get a good name for themselves. Doing something and expecting something in return is its meaning.
