Examples of physical activities.

Infant: Cimbing cushion game is a good physical activity with fun for infants who have learned walking. Placing cushion in a way so that the infant is able to climb up and down is a fun activity,but, it should be always under parent supervision.

Toddler: Catching balloon is fun physical activity in young toddlers. This helps in building better eye hand coordination. Balloon are lighters and falls back slowly compared to balls,also they can be grasped easily by the young toddler.

Preschooler: Circle in-out game. In this game circle are drawn on the floor or on the ground in a row following one another. The activity is to hop in and hop out of the circles in an order. Place distinct marks on the circles that are to be hop in and hop out respectively. This activity helps to acquire higher motor skills and better coordination in the preschooler.
