Ans : When a person undertakes any new project , he wishes to perform better than the previous project , so that the results are even better than the last.

So one should always look back on the previous project, so that he can also identify the mistakes that he has committed in past , and what could be done to avoid such mistakes in the upcoming project.

If the organisation wants to ensure that the lessons learnt by its employees should not be forgotten , they must give good incentives in the form of benefits and rewards , so that the zeal to perform better always motivates the employees.
