Syncratic design shows that their must be an equal relatiosnhip in husband or wife,parent or kids,girlfriend or boyfriend and so on.It have following 3 designs-

1.Democratic-It means the decisions are taken by both of the person by muuttually accepting the solutions.Eg.If there is a fight between a husband and wife on the issue of having problems in duties and responsibilities to be shared.In the democratic style they may take the decision on this problem by having the mutually acceptable solution which would be agreed by both of them,

2.Authoratative-In this the one person teaches and guides the another persons in case if they had done any kind of mistakes.Eg. If a child is failed in the examination due to some of his personal problems the parents having athouratative style will guide their kind by understanding his situation and will help him in taking the rational decsions related to academics by supporting him.

3.Authortarian-In this one person exert control through coercion or power to the another person.This is the form of strict style and will lead to suppress the victim.Eg A husband beats his wife after coming from office in the home beacuse she has not cooked the food well.This may lead to have a neegative impact on the relationship totally.A parent exert control on his kid by suspecting again and again as what he or she is doing which may lead to frustuation and agression.

Conclusion-It is very important to have syncratic design in the human relationships so that it will have good impact in life.
