Answer #1

This is a complex idea as it depends on in which country you’re in and what cultural background you represent being said that as far as I have seen, when a company tries to portray the image of woman on their product like poem, song, film or whatever they try to target the audience of that region, you won’t approach a urban (city) customer with cultural advertisement because there is gap in the thinking of a urban and rural (country), people.

  1. The idea or image of woman that different firms tries to display when targeting rural region is of mother or housewives, because these image has an sentiment attached to it, these image represent the idea of caring, nurturing and affection a mother or wife has for its family. So in reference to the idea that you’re talking about woman on cultural side I assume these are the most common assumption that a firm will take to ensure their product do in the rural market.
  2. Well I will first answer this on the context you provide above and then in general so you can get the clear understanding of the answer. So when we talk about the point of view in cultural product it is psychological, because you are trying to connect to the audience on emotional level. It matters because you’re basing your product on the bond, love, and image of a woman that describes the woman affection towards its family.

Now as the time is changing the image of woman is changing and so as there roll in the family, woman empowerment is the new motto, giving them freedom to pursue what they desire and giving them support in their quest is major focus nowadays. Today woman is as capable as a man and many firms are representing this idea of woman empowerment as a tool to target the woman of cultural background. As I said earlier this idea of woman empowerment is necessity for the change that will develop a nation.
