In your own words, not Google's. Why is it important to not interrupt someone when they are still talking? Thoroughly explain this in 150 words.

When someone talks to us or anybody else , they express their thoughts and feelings about some specific topic or just randomly about something. When a person speaks his mind out , he always want to be heard and understood , so that he can convey his thoughts efficiently. If someone interrupts the speaker in between while he is still talking , he gets disturbed , and so he is unable to complete his thoughts. He keeps on forgetting things if he is prompted many times , or just feels irritated or pissed off and doesn't feel like speaking more.

He may also feel that his thoughts and opinions are being judged , so he avoids giving details and complete his speech in brief.

So one should try and avoid interrupting the other person while he is talking. We must wait and let them finish up before we can speak or ask any questions / doubts.
