1. Pre-conventional
It is oriented d around obedience, punishment and self interest.
Example- How will I be benefitted by the action.
2.Conventional- It is about interpersonal accord and conformity, authority and social order.
Example- Good attitude, This person is nice.
3. Post- conventional- It is oriented around social contract and universal ethical principles.
Example - Conscience.
Understanding in each stage passes on the next stage but on in retrospect, it is considered as immature.
