When a subject matter is being discussed in a group, communication should be cordial to maintain unity and uniformity. In certain situation the tone differs often to express or rather force our ideas to convince a person or idea.If the subject that was discussed is on change in working hours that might affect the working style and it does not seem favorable ,the tone can be used to express our dissatisfaction on the point discussed.it can be stern and said in a manner of non accpetance. This tone has to get the message across and not jeopardize the others in the group.
