Explain your opinion to the situation below: All bartenders should be trained to know the warning signs of alcohol abuse and should refuse service to the following: pregnant women and people who are already under the influence.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

It is technically not illegal to refuse service to anyone in the bar. So if the bartender feels that the person asking for the drinks is pregnant or is heavily drunk and not in his senses , he can blatantly refuse to serve him/ her.

Drinking alcohol is a personal choice , but if such a choice of a person is harming society at large , one should always make his bit to prevent it or lessen its effect. So all the bartenders must be given proper training in order to ensure that their is no alcohol abuse in the place.
