Do you think nations should be nuke free? If so, why or why not? 200 words or less.

All the scientific inventions were brought to the world for the benefit of human beings. But today if we look back, we could say that technology and inventions have given more trouble to humanity than benefit. One of the most important things among them is nuclear and weapons made of nuclear energy.

Only nine countries in the world have nuclear weapons and all these nine countries have one enemy country thus keeping the tension always high. Although nuclear energy has more benefits such as generating power, reducing green house gas effects, reducing the use of fossil fuels etc. the most powerful and dangerous among them is nuclear weapons that threaten the safety of the entire universe.

These countries are constantly threatening the safety of the international community. The reason these countries give to the world is that they keep nuclear weapons for their self defense. People in the world would never forget the bombing on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan. People who live near the nuclear reactors live in fear. So in my opinion countries shouldn’t keep nuclear weapons as it is an important threat to the entire humanity and to the earth.
