Answer #1

As the name suggests vocational rehabilitation clinicians work with people who got discontinued from their job for several reasons such as disability, psychological, cognitive and emotional impairments to get back to their jobs by helping them successfully overcome their difficulties. They assess, analyse and suggest remedial measures in order to prepare themselves well to get back to their careers. They also do career counseling and placement services.

On the other hand mental health counselors work in various fields such as education, medicine, government, corporate companies etc. Their main job is to counsel people with depression, stress relationship problems, drug abuse and other psychological issues. Their job is very generic.
