Channel richness would be referring to the concept in which the amount of information that could be transmitted through a particular channel could be identified. When transmitting any information, it is very important to chose for the correct channel depending upon the richness that would be provided by a particular channel.
Notice boards are identified to be internal or external information suppliers. This may be in the form of informing the change in timings of the organisation or if the declaration of the employee of the month is done.
Face to face communication occurs for personal communication, when an information has to be passed on only to a single person. For example when an employee is getting fired, the boss would be conveying the message in a face to face manner.
