Traditional gender roles have influenced our society since many years.Men are the bread winners of the family,women are caretakers of the family and generaly cook and take care of household chores.In modern era things have slightly changed and these roles have been challenged.For example many women are in the highest position in an organization,ruling the country.But the criticism continues how the perfomance has been made.As being brought up in conservative families it will very difficult to have high dreams and aim for the highest.After one point of time the gender role interferes with our achievemets and other things take priority.
