in this case of Rivertowne plaintiffs and defendants , both can be considered as opportunits because plaintiffs who brought the case to the court is also not genuine fully from his own point of view and otherwise defendants are also greedy in someway or other that he is searching for the loopholes of the plaintiffs which they wants to bring into highlights rather than directly defending for the case . So here in this case both are parties are not genuine from their own point of view and thus the expectations can be hitted from both the angles of view , though judgements are the matters of courts only.
