Answer #1

It is derived from the book of Genesis , third version and from the first chapter of the book . It is derived from the Torah portion that god has made light by declaration. That portion of torah is called Bereshit. Actually peoples while in the disturbed mind are not generally in any normal situations and it could be said that he is mentally disturbed , so to restore the mental peace of the person this book of genesis is a good book which one can read to de-stress the inner feelings of a person and his angle ofview from which he is watching or approaching the world. That matters and once it got changed the problems disappears. From the christian worldwiew this book is very much effective and it has described each articles with too much clarity along with the reason to clarify why we are in this world and what should we do being a citizen of this world.

A quotation---- "So God created mankind in his own image,
    in the image of God he created them;
    male and female he created them"-----It defines that  god has its own pace of making or decorating this world in his own way and he himself created human beings and that too in his own way like male and females.
