Inner peace does not mean that a person is silent or passive; it simply means he or she is calm, content, and conscious. It is state of bliss and serenity. Achieving inner peace takes time and requires a conscious effort to embrace the inner spirituality without letting negative energy take over the mind. When the mind is crammed with worries, thoughts, and fears, the feelings of anxiety and tension conquer the mind leaving no room for new and positive thoughts. Once the mind steers clear of this mess, happiness fills the mind and there is an exhilarating feeling of being at peace. This is the real inner peace.
