If different states have different codes of crimes then addressing crimes is a little bit difficult for the person who is addressing the concern or belongs to another state. Chances are there of occouring errors. If there is only one code for a particular crime in the entire nation then its easy to remember for everybody wheather he is addressing the concern or is helping others persons in this regard. Peoples from other states will also not face any dificulties in working in the other states as the codes are unique for a particular crime. Work will be much more easy.
