1. The type of the communication network that we see in the movie "Office Space" is largely Decentraised as we observed that all members of the gropus have direct communication access to each other.

2. In the Film Upward Communication flow is from Milton to Lumbergh and downward communication flow is from Lumbergh to Peter.Horizontal flow is the communication flows between Peter and his coworkers such as Samir and Michel.

3. There is a system of Open communication system with the people outside the organization.Because the communication between perter and his Ex- girl friend and Peter and Jonna reveals so.

4. No, I never had a Supervisor like Lumbergh.I thinks Lumbergh depicts Autocratic Management style which is not workable everytime.Hence I do not like Lumbergh's Management Style.
