Answer- Effective communication is the key to success in everybody's life. We need to be honest and open while communicating our feelings and emotions to others rather than manipulating them. We should believe that our feelings are precious for us as well as for others and we should not be apologetic for expressing them. We should express clearly to others whether we are feeling good or bad. Most important factor for effective communication is to be positive while communicating with others. We also need to build up an emotional vocabulary in order to understand our feelings in a better way. We should always believe that our feelings and emotions are valuable for others. Our feelings are worthy and valid for other people. We need to be solution oriented and understand others' feelings also. By adopting these strategies, we can easily become effective in communicating our feelings and emotions.

Effective communication is not only about showing our feelings and emotions to others but to pay attention on others' feelings also. When we do not listen someone attentively, problem arises which results in frustration and conflicts. We need to understand the emotions of others behind the information provided by them.
