How would I structure this properly following APA style?

In my assignment, I need to use direct quotes from the text. the issue is the quote that I want to use would be too long and has too many information that I don't need. I want to exclude the material thats in the middle. how would I go about doing that?

Random example lets say this was the original text and that I wanted to exclude the bolded writing but still directly quote it how would I do it in proper APA citation? (*unlike this example my information/text is from a primary source and not some random website)

Any kind of reference taken from external quote needs to written in exactly same way and in inverted commas, also mention in( name of the resercher). If you donot wish to make it that long, then simply name the research and mention the fidings in your own language, but in that case never use invertes commas as you are not writing the original form as given by the researcher. In either of the case you have to mention the research study in APA format aljng with the source of study. That could be journal, article or website etc.
