The parents and the community both have a joint responsibility when it comes to the rewarding if the children. As the children are the future of any given society, it is an onus upon the society to have a fruit full impact on the child's mental and physical development.

Within this the government has a primary responsibility to cater to the need of the collective society. One such important initiative from child rearing was taken up by the Obama administration for providing education to all children and improve the rate of graduation level of the country.

The media is as responsible as well, as children in today contemporary world are subjected to various forms of media in some way or the other. This naturally leads to exposure to all sorts of things that can impact a child's psychosocial development and the child's perception.
