Netflix can be taken as an example if the ideal organization for work place diversity.

They function on the principle that employees are recruited on the basis of their talent and their passion as opposed to what most people would call the racial profiling. They believe in having an eclectic task force thst helps create an air of healthy competition, which would fester growth and development amongst employees.

They don't believe in taking the creative a**holes, as they belive that true talent does not hide behind arrogance and they are of the belief that a healthy work environment is what employees need to give their full potential and hence effective results to the organization, which can then be returned. The need of social relationships is fulfilled by tye organization.

Motivation is provided in term of healthy competition and effective stimulants for propagation of a conducive work environment.
