Hi Thanks for bringing Hoffstede sins into my reading

I have seen Ethenocentrism, Amnesia in intercultural setting. Where people were either too proud of their culture or were forgetting their own culture values and were getting adapted to strong western values. The professional myopia sin tempts me the most, I often go with this dare devil approach knowing that I am a person of conservative mind and hence in order to progress I often use this approach though I want to bring it much under control.

I would not think much about future happenings, concentrate on my job than looking around and thinking of making myself stronger. Because concentrating on your job also makes you you stronger, rather than looking around for new challenges.

When you were a child, you might have seen bottles high on a shelf in your garage, out of your reach. “That’s poison,” your parent might have warned, pointing to the container. “Don’t touch.” It nonetheless had some use. It was there for a reason. This example illustrates a principle: Items that can be misused often have a valid use, and vice versa. An average (e.g. mean, median, and mode) is not an exception; it can be useful, but if...
