Obesity has become a major health concern these days. With ever increasing fast paced lives , people have resorted to eating junks , skipping their breakfasts , eating unhealthy diets , consuming soda and alcohol etc.
So the things that could be done in order to control the obesity are
1) Eat healthy diet. Say no to junk / fried / oily food. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.
2) Engage in physical activities. Do exercise . Even cycling , jogging and brisk walking are good.
3) Limit the usage of alcohol and sugar.
