Answer #1

The purpose of IDEA are very good, they are initiated to bring some change in the society. If the child is identified as having disability, he is given special education and some services like speech therapy and counselling. It is very beneficial for people who have financial limitations such as free education. It also includes creation of individual plans so that parents, teachers and students may reach to the desired goals. This is laying foundation of creating more friendship bonds betwen normal and special kids, as both are included in single classroom and they are not seperated. Children with disability are provided with least restrictive environment.
