What are the ways that people use culture to create boundaries and separation between types of people? What are some possible implications of this?

There are many kinds of people on this mother plant. There are different regions, their castes and hence different cultures prevailing among them.

So when the person from one region migrate to the other region that has different culture from his own , he alienates himself from the rest of people and gets home sick. Its the human mentality and nature to gel with the people of his similar kind. So if he finds the other person different or belonging to the different culture , he hesitates to friends with him.

In such a case , he is bound to miss his people , family and culture as he is living miles apart from them. This can cause a lag in his career or academic performance.
