describe two outcomes of intergroup conflict and give an example of each outcome.

There are many reasons which can result into intergroups conflict.

So if there are conflicts between the two groups , the outcomes can be disasterous.

They can be :

1) The conflicts can lead to non completion of the task of any one the group

2) Even if the task gets completed , the quality of the task may be diminished.

For example : We got a university project last month , in which each group had 4 members. Now a slight miscommunication in two groups , led to a greater conflict in them.

This resulted in the task incompletion on the set time period , which led to the suspension of both the groups.
