Answer #1

An argument is normally said to have a valid conclusion and it can be false only if its not the truth. For example if we argued that women have never been the president or prime minister of any country due to feminist approach to aproblem, then the argument does not conclude with a truth ,countries do have women ruling inspite of feministic approaches. If the argument is like ,some countries do follow feministic approaches for electing their leaders, then this argument holds good and valid.
