The main interventions in Post Traumatic Stress disorder is to relive the events ,debriefing .The patient should be able to talk about the events ,the main reason they are asked to is to make them familiarize with the thoughts and they usually get eliminated once this technique is used and they reach a stage of acceptance from the denial stage.Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is also used to change their course of thoughts to the present now and how they can improvise their present condition.Alchohol dependancy sometimes requires mode of treatment involving a rehabilitation centre ,in cases of small bouts of driniking,the after effects of drinking can be expained.
