Answer #1

As an Industrial or an Organizational psychologist, I would consider the method of a questionnaire most useful and accurate for collecting date for job analysis. Job analysis, as the word suggests, is the analysis of the job and not the employ or person. The purpose for job analysis is to understand how related it is to employment procedures. A questionnaire would help me understand how related the job is to training, selection, compensation, and performance appraisal of an employee.
