Answer #1

The questions for an IQ test should solely be based on testing the Intelligence Quotient and questions should be framed accordingly and it should not involve using any questions relating to culture or religion. The questions are framed to find out the intelligence level mainly based on cognition, mental aptitude, reasoning. The questions can vary according to the nature of work, school, colleges or an organization. If questions are asked about one culture the person taking the test may not be able to answer as he may not belong to that culture and have knowledge to answer it.There should be no gender bias, language bias and cultural bias while framing questions for an IQ test.
