An Organization is involved in sellling products of beauty.The team has to work together to ensure the products reach ther market meeting the supply and demand.The manafacturing team has to work in order to meet the demand and the marketing team has to build strategy how to market the products and supply chain.if there is no coordination within the teams,the marketing team cannot make any strategy on how to sell the product based on demand.very often in organizations we find that demand does not meet the supply.The team members have to work cordially to bring about a smooth functioning of the organization.
