What is Perceived Stress Scale?

The perceived stress scale had been developed so as to measure the extent to which the various situations in the life of a person would affect them. This is identified by Psychological stress. It also identifies the extent to which people could be able to cope up from stress. This test would be predicting the objective biological markers along with the increased disease risk that would be found in the oeoooe having higher less of perceived stress. These people would be worse on the markers of aging, on the immune markers or on the mbiological markers of depression.

I believe that the tests are reliable for most of the factors, but is not reliable for the last month. Though I have been stressed in the past few months, the last 15-20 days have been more stress free. As a result, I believe that the test results are overall reliable, but somehow the last few day’s measurement have not been as accurate.

At the heart of every great mystery lies a solution. Just as a good detective may use specific guidelines to gather evidence for a solution, so too might a good psychologist use set criteria to gather evidence for an accurate solution, or diagnosis. Although detectives focus on who is responsible for the problem, psychologists focus on why and how the problem surfaced. To make an accurate diagnosis, psychologists follow set diagnostic criteria outlined in the DSM. As a classification system...
