Answer #1

the three problems that one is likely to face at work or in school include-

1. When the people in authority delay or avoid getting back to you with your doubts. A solution to this problem is important because a student or an employee would not be able to complete ther given task till thir authority figures or seniors or guides do not get back to them and answer their queries. Poeple solve this problem by constantly trying to ping or remind their seniors to get back to them.

A solution that I can offer to this problem would include setting and chalking out times when both you and the concerned person are free to talk and solve all the queries regarding work at once so as to avoid any confusions and delay.

2. A lack of communication due to the hierarchy setting. A lot of times due to the hierarchy that exists at a workplace or insititute makes it very hard for people at the lower rung of the supposed hierarchy to converse and get in touch with those who are at the higher rung of the same. This leads to a lot of gaps taking place and work not being done on time and effectively. Again, solution to these problems would include chalking out schedules of things like how to get work done and when to communicate.

3. Harassment at workplace. Harassment at workplace continues to very prevalent, affecting people physically and also mentally, along with their ability to work. Even though a lot of enforcements have taken place for the same, they are hardly followed. Thus it is important for the workplaces as well educational institutions to work on implementing rules against any kinds of harassment, effectively.
