Middle Adulthood is the age from 45-65 which is an important stage for oneself and guiding the next generation.In this stage we are more concerned about our family,how we can do good to the society and in work we are reaching the seniority positions which demand high responsiblity.The challenges that one faces in called the midlife crisis.Many are saturated in their career and reaching a retirement age.Health and vigour are not the same,it requires more care and they are more susceptible to illnesses of the body.Many parents face the emptiness syndrome where children leave the house to study or marriage.Earning capacity may reduce for some.it is still recommended that one keeps a clear mind and conforms positive thoughts through transition in this stage.
