Answer #1

One of the most challenging developmental disorder is Autism Spectrum Disorder which is characterized by difficulty in socialization, repetitive behaviours, speech and other non-verbal cues. It affects more children today thus causing learning disabilities and affects their rightful place in the society. Children who are affected by autism would feel lonely as not many other children would like to associate with them, struggle to cope with the academic expectations, struggle to communicate effectively with other children etc. All these would force them to be alone and go into depression if they don’t have enough support system at home, school and society. Parents on the other hand would struggle hard to raise these children as they have to spend more time, money and energy to keep these children engaged, active and overcome their difficulties.
