There is always lot of discussion which takes place in any industry service based or product based. The raw material or even the discussion can be the input. Let us take eg of any event managed in hotel.such as wedding, here the host discusses with cook about menu, the florist opinion comes in between for decoration such as which flowers to choose in background, then arrangmentbof marriage hall such as how many chairs to be kept in hall, other things with reception such as management of hotel rooms to the guests. These are all inputs this brain storming , discussion negotiations and the final product is the D Day. Now everybody takes up their roles and make the event successful
