Answer #1

Cultural relativism is where one follows the norms and beliefs of his culture.the right and wrong he does depends on his culture background, however there are differences to this because what is considered right in one culture may be wrong in another culture. We follow the basic norms in the culture which does not violate the norms in the society. For example eating meat is ok with one culture whereas it is considered as a sin killing animals for meat in another culture.Psychological egoism is helping people for their benefit and with an intention that if they help others good will happen in return. All cultures, beliefs and norms teach us that if one does good to another they are benefitted in some way.Certain religious beliefs state that one must help people not expecting anything in return.
